Clean and comfortable which is all you need from a budget hotel. Staff friendly but could do with a few extra on at busy times. Decent breakfast for extra charge. We chose it because it is very convenient for New St Station and shops (10 minutes) the city centre (about 20 minutes) the Bull Ring (5 minutes) and less than two minutes walk from the Hippodrome Theatre. Lots of restaurants close by (mostly Chinese style as it is situated in China Town.) Not many pubs in the immediate area (Wetherspoons and one more) but the hotel does have a pool table and a small bar.

Basic but clean and comfortable with useful amenities. Reasonable food offering in the bar and decent breakfast. Really friendly, helpful staff.

The property was easy to find and very well located. Staff were fine, breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Room was basic but ok.

We have stayed here many times. Basic hotel butgood, close to the theatre. Carpark under the hotel is tricky to get in to but ther is a multistory close by
