Awesome location and great view, love trains especially sightseeing it from your own balcony. Nice facilities, sad that extractor hood was broken and we get here in a heatwave but all else is superb

A good place to stay for a reasonable price. The bed was little to hard, but still comfortable, and having a balcony and a bidet was definitely a plus. Quiet area and nearby local area and cafe.
If a little more attention were paid to the small details mentioned below in negative section, this property could easily deserve a 9 out of 10 rating.
The apartment could have been cleaner. We found that two separate beds had been prepared for us, which we did not need, and when we unfolded the sofa bed, we discovered unpleasant dirt underneath it. It was obvious that neither the sofa bed nor the floor beneath it had been cleaned for a long time. However, after contacting the staff, they responded promptly and came to clean everything.
Some basic amenities were also missing. There was a broom (broken, but better as nothing), but no dustpan to collect dirt, so I left everything in one corner. There was only three rolls of toilet paper and one dishwasher tablet for two people staying for a week - felt inadequate, especially since there was no dish sponge or dishwashing liquid provided.
There were also no instructions regarding waste sorting or where to dispose of garbage. I usually take out all the trash and leave the accommodation as clean as possible, but this time it seemed impossible due to the lack of both facilities and clear guidance.

The property is in a great location. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s close to the subway and some great restaurants and shops.
Maybe the only downside was that there was no sponge or dish soap, but there was a dishwasher. They could have included some salt and pepper, but those are just minor details.

Location-ish, because of sentimental attachment to Karlín, though per se not great, and the seventh (and last) floor has a good view of it, again good if it means something to you, on its own facing panel houses on the left and front and a large construction site on the right.
It was not cleaned appropriately before our arrival, probably certain places since longer than that. The couch was untouchable, hair and dust were to be found around, some of the glasses were coated with a white powder that melted in water and persisted a few washes.
Also, a pot to make pasta pairs with a pasta strainer, otherwise serving such pasta after cooking it becomes tough.
