The hotel was modern and clean, nice bedrooms and reception staff were efficient at check in
Housekeepers disturbed multiple times even with the do not disturb sign on. One day when my do not disturb was on, maintenance still entered my room and changed the shower and shower rail. They left dirt all around the shower, a rusty screw on the bathroom floor for me to stand on, the old showerhead was left and they knocked over my full shampoo so it was empty! No offer of anything for my shampoo. The staff weren’t bothered. We also did not know that the sauna would not be open when we booked. It didn’t reflect a 4 star hotel.
