- Reception staff. Two ladies were amazing, Ana and Yerke
- Breakfast was amazing.
During breakfast, the young lady who cleans the tables makes big noise while cleaning the tables. That happened everyday.

I liked the proximity to the train station and to the tram. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the size of the bathroom. The staff were always very polite and friendly.
I found the corridor in the room quite narrow. I would add an armchair or a chair to sit on as there was nothing to sit on apart from the bed.

Great location
Toilet was dirty, there were nails on the floor in the bathroom, shower wasn’t clean, holes in the towel.
I would definitely not rate this hotel as four stars due to the poor standard of cleaning.
