Clean, quiet, spacious room, located very close to the train station though still walkable to most of the tourist sites in Prague. Staff were very kind and helpful and the desk is staffed 24/7. The neighborhood felt very safe, I had no issue walking around at night

The location is great, near the historical center. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable, there are complimentary water, coffee and tea. The hotel was very clean and well secured. You have to book and pay additionally for parking space, but your space is guaranteed! Overall it was a lovely stay for several nights!
Some items on the breakfast buffet could be fresher!

The property was very cute!
The bed and the noise! They give you a fan but it doesn’t really blow. We had to open the windows but it was so loud! Construction, people rolling bins across the cobblestone at 3 in the morning. The housekeeping staff was also SO loud in the hallway. The bed was horrible! It was like sleeping on the floor.
