The property is in a really rough looking part of town we didn’t feel safe. Also the staff wasn’t very welcoming we had lost our Luggage at the airport and turned up to the hotel to decide what to do. I explained the situation and the person on Reception still demanded that I give my card details to pay a Security deposit for the room when we had explained we probably wouldn’t be staying and we would be going home that night. Within a few minutes of checking into the room, somebody knocked in the door to remove every item out of the drinks fridge as we hadn’t odif the deposit it was so abrupt rude & insensitive considering what we just went through. We called out friends who said we can go sit in their hotel & order food we left straight away. Do not recommend

Schönes zentrales Hotel

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral.

Leider gibt es am Hotel keine direkten Parkmöglichkeiten, sondern nur ca. 600m entfernt. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück schmeckt leider nicht.

Can definitely recommend it!

Excellent! The room was very charming, cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable and fresh. The bathroom had nice toiletries. The staff was friendly and professional. I am not from the community, but I felt very welcomed and I really liked the atmosphere inside the hotel. The kosher breakfast was not included in my reservation- but hopefully I can try it next time!

Colazione troppo costosa. Non l’abbiamo pagata perché 30€ era completamente fuori mercato. Per 15€ a testa l’avremmo aggiunta.

Awful, this hotel is seedy & disappointing.

Close to main train station.

Next to hi-Way, dirty entrance, incompetent staff, furnishings in poor condition, overall bad experience in a very seedy hotel.

great choice for culture experience and travel

location was great for close to central train station and walking. Kosher food breakfast was great and lived up to the expectations from reading reviews before arriving. Room was soundproof and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and did several pleasant, extra helpful things for me. Steam room and jacuzzi were great.

Location was on corner of busy highway and road. Spa was pleasant, but small. Pool is tiny, and the water was freezing so I never went in.

Convenient, comfortable and kosher facility.

Hotel was comfortable with excellent service. Food was very good (excellent "heimish"). Excellent option for kosher travelers, conveniently located walking distance to the Jewish quarter and city center.

I’m not gonna come back.

trying to make an extra dollar on the guests. ripping me off with transportation fees twice the price. when I asked for a cup of milk for the coffee they asked me to pay for a whole gallon saying there’s no free milk. the room was very small & uncomfortable.

Just what we needed.

The room was very comfortable with space and plenty of facilities. The bathroom has a large walk in shower which is preferable and it was spacious, spotless, modern and with luxurious towels and robes. Breakfast was similar to a good Israeli hotel breakfast. The other facilities are fine, nothing fancy but there is a steep set of stairs up to the main lobby from the street door. It is conveniently located close to the main rail station and tram stops.

There was nothing not to like. Overall a very comfortable hotel for a few days of sightseeing. Location is slightly away from the main tourist areas, but in less than ten minutes you are by the Powder Tower or main shopping areas.
