Very easy to get to/from, plenty of teams to almost anywhere, buses and the metro just around the corner.
The welcome was great, Prosecco as a gift, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was at the Italian restaurant just up the road, about 50 yards, it was very good, slight differences every day, but very well done

The room was huge, nice to have a lot of space. The location was very convenient, we walked everywhere and navigated catching bus/train to and from the airport. Staff were really lovely.
Yes, you have to walk the last flight of stairs, but they've made it clear so that was expected.
Cute little outdoor space outside reception for a quiet drink/read.
The included breakfast at the restaurant down the street was lovely. Only suggestion is getting there a little earlier. It says it finished at 1030am, we had a late morning and went just before 10am and there was very little left in the buffet.
We understand it services other hotels but there was still time, and basically no food.

The location to the metro station and local amenities
The entrance to the hotel is not overly obvious on arrival. The hotel is within a building that is also for other residences and businesses. Not the best getting lift to level five then a corridor and stairs to reception. It’s almost hidden away. No reception staff after 6pm. Hotel is odd and feels weird
