From the outside, The Viaduct - Suites & More looks quite unassuming, but once inside, it completely exceeds expectations.
The Room: Beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you need for a stay. Despite being in a vibrant part of the city, the room was remarkably quiet, making for a restful night’s sleep.
Location & Convenience: Ideally situated just a 4-minute walk from the Florenc station. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with excellent local dining options, cafes, and shops right on your doorstep (neighboring street: sokolovská).
The Breakfast (The Absolute Highlight): You select your menu choices digitally on the in-room tablet the evening before, and it is delivered straight to your room at your requested time. It arrives beautifully presented, incredibly rich, and extremely generous in portion size.
A fantastic boutique stay in Prague. I would gladly stay here again!

The accommodation was amazing. We booked the family suite and it was spacious and lovely. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast meals options were of great quality and left us satiated. The location of the hotel is near the metro/ tram station (4 mins away) and the transit will take you in old town within 10 mins. Its also walkable from the center of the the old town.

Lack of commercial flexibility : I went sick and asked to modify the dates of my second booking to next year and they declined it
it is a nice hotel but I won’t come back …
