Clean, modern, comfortable
The pillows, the continental breakfast could have been slightly better. No marmalade, limited selection of fresh fruit. No fruit juice available.

Owner away for the weekend but the staff were excellent and very helpful.
The property has been refurbished to a high standard and very clean.
No problem parking.
Food was disappointing for the price and the kitchen closes at 6pm on Sundays. Staff again helpful and cooked my wife and I a Pizza to take away as we had been to a reception at the local golf club all afternoon and did not want to eat at 6pm.
The heating was not working and the locals were complaining as a quiz is held on a Sunday evening. On returning to our room the heating was also not working and the room was freezing cold. The heating did come on at 1 or 2am and the room was then roasting.
The room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay but we did get clean towels when we went to the bar and asked for them.
Being cold puts you in a negative frame of mind and I started to think of the cost of the 2 night stay - for which we would expect heating, room cleaned daily, better quality of food and a cooked breakfast to be included within the price.
