We had the top room which has a fantastic balcony overlooking the harbour and is fitted out with a table and chairs, a couple of sun beds and an egg chair. The room was more expensive but it was worth it for great view - at any time of day you could find an area either in the shade or in the sun. Air con was super efficient keeping the room at a comfortable temperature day and night.
There's not much that can be done about this, but the price you pay for accessing the fantastic view is having to climb a very tight spiral staircase, complete with suitcases!

The location was the best in Symi harbour.
Great balconies to have an arvo drink or breakfast.
The 44 stairs were a challenge with our old legs, but totally worth it.

It was right in the centre of symi on the harbour
Just glad we were quite fit as a few stairs up to bedroom and balcony
