Superb, friendly and accommodating staff. They really went out their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Fantastic communication! Stylish and rustic decor, complimented the beautiful Mountain view from our window and balcony. The attention to detail was such a fun surprise - our bedding was folded like mountains! Breakfast was included with our stay - a delicious continental breakfast with a beautiful view through the windows (see photo attached). We enjoyed the sauna after a long walk up the mountains, and loved the communal tea station for an evening wind-down. The hotel provided us with a complimentary bus pass which provided us with easy access to cable cars. There is a bus stop located seconds away from the accommodation. Two local cats also visited us in the evenings from our balcony. We honestly couldn’t have had a more delightful stay anywhere else.

Location was decent. Staff was nice. Parking was available.
No restaurant in the hotel and therefore dinner became a big headache each evening as there were few restaurants in Val Gardena and all required pre booking a table. Infrared heating in the room meant cold floors and wet towels. Breakfast was basic with no change whatsoever. Definitely not value for money at more than 200 eur a night.
