Room was well presented & very clean, arm chairs to sit in were a nice touch
Owner, Morris, went out of his way to provide a friendly & efficient service - & his recommendation for dinner was right on the mark
Lovely breakfast
Ensuite was really too small
Room we were in at front of property had a lot of road noise which made a good night sleep challenging

So cute, and a 15 minute walk from central Stratford. Morris was wonderful.
Space was the only issue, but that makes sense with an older building.

The host was very welcoming and kind and there was a lovely gentle, peaceful atmosphere. Our bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfasts were great. We could park our car and walk into Stratford. I would definitely book this again.
The en suite bathroom was spotless with lovely toiletries but v small and it might not be suitable for a larger, wider person.

Within walking distance to the town centre. Morris the host was lovely.
