Kleine herzige Wohnung. Das Schlafsofa ist groß und hat genug Platz für zwei Personen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, da nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Mottolino entfernt. Es hat eine Garage für die Bikes, man sollte ein Schloss dabei haben, um die Fahrräder abzuschließen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Strasse, aber uns hat der Strassenlärm nicht gestört. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht gut Englisch.

Posizione tutto sommato buona. Resta al di la del ponte ma si raggiunge bene il centro.
Bilocale carino, pulito e ben arredato (divano letto a parte), peccato sia sul lato della strada meno bello, tipo piano seminterrato.
Ottimo il wifi già incluso
Non è piaciuto il divano letto. Molto scomodo.
NOTA SEMI-NEGATIVA: Vi è a disposizione un locale/garage dove poter mettere eventuali bici o altro (non auto), il problema è che la porta resta aperta a chiunque, quindi se hai qualcosa di costoso non sò se rischierei.

Very clean, perfectly located near Mottolino cable car. Well equipped for self catering. Great ski depo with heated ski boots holders, accesible by elevator.
Check.in procedure should be more convenient (need to drive for it to other location).

Gute Lage. Das Haus fügt sich optisch gut ins das Alpen Panorama ein.
Die von uns bewohnte Wohnung wurde auf den Bildern bei Booking nicht gezeigt und machte einen etwas schlechteren Eindruck als erwartet. Couchtisch fehlt! Fernseher für die Preisklasse der Wohnung nicht akzeptabel. Smart TV sollte da Standart sein! Küche leider auch schlecht ausgestattet. Eine Müsli Schüssel für die komplette vier Personen Wohnung?Kein Gemüse/Obstschäler. Die Beleuchtung ist durch sehr billige Leuchtmittel auch absolut unzureichend in der Preisklasse. Absolut KEINE Wohlfühlatmosphäre!
Garage für Räder ist vorhanden, aber nicht abschließbar, auch schade. Bis auf die Lage eine Enttäuschung.
Die Straße ist sehr laut und viel befahren direkt vor der Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich n ihr gut abdunkeln durch das Fender an der Decke.
