The location, the cleanliness and friendly helpful staff. This property is on the main road that follows the coastline. Any traffic noise is well negated by double glazed windows

Loved the location being walking distance to really nice cafes and restaurants. We had a beachfront room so really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the water, watching sunrises and sunsets! The road out front is a well used local road which is quiet at night. The apartment was just lovely, so comfortable and modern. We had a lovely welcome and help with our bag! Would definitely stay here again. Paihia is a great little town and a very good base for exploring the area.
