La posizione strategica, lo stacc cordiale ed accogliente, i servizi, la pulizia, il ristorante con piatti tradizionali rivisitati con un concetto moderno.

L'hotel si trova distante dal paese, ma poi all'interno offre ogni comfort. Ottima l'idea dell'ampia varietà del buffet, sia a cena sia a colazione, insieme alla possibilità di avere anche delle pietanze a scelta. Promosso a pieni voti il cestino per le escursioni. Il personale è svelto e gentile. La stanza era ampia, comodo anche il divano letto. Bella la spa. Molto silenzioso durante la notte.
Come suggerimento proporrei di aggiungere alle camere un piccolo stendino da mettere sul balcone, per appoggiare la roba bagnata (accappatoi, asciugamani...). Durante la stagione di sci credo possa essere utile per tutti gli indumenti umidi

Príjemný hotel, s fajn bazénom, príjemnou obsluhou. Veľmi bohaté raňajky a nápadité trojchodové večere v regionálnom duchu. Izba veľmi príjemná s krásnym nábytkom. Výborný východiskový bod pre turistiky v pohorí Latemar.
Mali sme mezonetovú izbu, pričom v lete v hornom podlaží bolo citeľne teplejšie.
