Service was excellent. It’s the perfect place to relax and go out of routine. Food is SO GOOD! and the view is amazing. I completely recommend it.

The facilities, comfort and the view were stunning , we loved it !

The receptionists were not very friendly, when we asked for recommendations of where to eat or do a Temazcal outside the facilities , we felt it was rude to ask.

lovely statues and environment swimming pools great good very good

internet is not available in the rooms as apparently they have decided that people come to rest. well I would have liked to work a little in a lovely environment as I was not taking part in a spiritual retreat

Great weekend in Tepoztlan

Beautiful location and set up. The view is fantastic.

One day we arrived late and the room hadn't been cleaned. We had a leak in the bathroom.

it was so energetically welcoming , balanced, and healing. there were so many private alcoves and separate seating , lounging areas . the food was good the staff was fantastic. the spa was great

Rooms are big and comfy. Loved the hot shower. Facilities are fantastic, several pools and quiet areas. Really a place to rest, read, detox etc. I imagine they organize many retreats, it is the perfect place for it. The spa is amazing. Views are great.

The restaurant is mediocre compared to the place. Staff is nice and they serve food anytime but I tried different things on the menu and apart from mexican dishes, food is really not what you expect to receive in such a place for this money.

Amazing place for a much needed reset.

The bed is very confortable. The activities are amazing.(Try the Yoga Class) The view is perfect. Pro Tip: The reservation with booking doesnt include breakfast. If you book directly in the hotel's website they include breakfast and some other rooms that are not featured via booking.

Holistic hotel in the middle of the mountains

The view is amazing

Amenities are separated and there is no service in all of the amenities.

The view is really amazing. I really enjoyed the temazcal.

The restaurant was ok, but some dishes in the menu were not available. I suggest to widen the time of service, breakfast starting at 8:30 am was too late for us. If you want to have lunch early there was no service.

The rooms are very simple, the actual location is incredible. I enjoyed the massage the I got.

The wifi did not work in my room and the decoration in the room was very standard for the price.

Relaxing spa and wellness centre with incredible views

After being in the city this was a wonderful escape. The views are incredible, there are very nice pool areas, there were beds available and space to relax so we weren’t over crowded. There was service from the sunbeds so we enjoyed some food and drinks in the sun. Definitely book in for a massage, we had the 50 minute relaxing massage, it unlocked a whole new level of relaxation, we slept so well after that. We also had a lovely dinner overlooking the mountains. Really a very beautiful place to stay, I would come back again. We were gutted we only booked one night!

A gorgeous place to stay.

The property is gorgeous, very well laid out with stunning views. I love how everything is feng shui. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the massages were incredible. The staff at the front desk and spa were so helpful and accommodating. I would come back here again because of how healing this place is.

The staff at the restaurant weren’t very friendly to us. One morning, one of the staff at the restaurant told us the only breakfast available was buffet and we couldn’t order ala carte, but then the couple who sat in the table next to us was able to order ala carte just a few minutes after us. Another evening, the staff served me my meal (vegetable curry & rice) but completely forgot my husbands meal (hot dog & fries) and didn’t serve it until 30+ min later.
