Bonita alberca, bonito restaurante
Mucho ruido, todo se oye, desde las 6 am animales de casas vecinas y personal hablando se escucha en toda la habitación. También el hotel es retirado de Tepoztlán a unos 19 min. La zona es fea para llegar.

Beautiful property and design that mimic nature, the pool was gorgeous. If you are looking for a quiet escape this is the place to be. All we wanted was a quiet and relaxing getaway and this hotel delivered. The staff and their quality of service were exceptional, they went above and beyond for everything and were so kind to us. The food was also incredible, my partner always complains about food but he couldn’t stop raving about the quality of food here. We will be coming back to this place very soon, it met all our expectations and more.
We love it all.

Nice breakfast.
The room was very small, there is no elevator, the staff was not particularly welcoming, and there is no parking on the property—you have to leave your car outside. Overall, the price did not reflect the value we received.
