Very bad experience, we need refund or else we will put up a case against you

Very bad experience

The room shown in images and the room provided was different, no cleanliness, amenities listed were not available, AC not working in whole hotel, staff behaviour very rude, no good drinking water, no support staff for service, insects and mosquitoes in room, Bathroom was very small even to stand

Pathetic

The room size and the location are only good factors.

Room & bathroom hygiene was pathetic, there are cockroaches moving around here and there. Service staff is not also upto the mark.

Good

We liked clean comfortable beds . Spacious room . Warm cozy lights.

There was no extra cups. Mat outside bathroom would be better. Very slow wifi . Many times no wifi.

Good Stay

Food was excellent so was the location both Airport and Railway station are equidistant from this hotel. Hongkong Market is just round the corner and the overall experience was quite good

Washroom was smaller compared to the room we booked and was not very clean

Worst Stay Ever

It’s a very old hotel with zero facilities. Room: We booked family room, It was stinking cigarettes smoke. AC, they don’t give remote. It just operates like fan, with zero cooling. They do not even provide a water bottle, soap dispenser was empty. Receptionist: Her attitude is like we’ve gone for a free meal there. Zero hospitality. Not at all recommended for family
