The name uploaded in the site was confusing as the hotel is known well by its earlier name Bindhan's Inn

One positive aspect of the stay was the responsiveness of the hosts. They were helpful, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. I’m not certain whether they were personally involved in the later issue I described, but in all my direct interactions with them, they were polite and very sweet.
The rooms were extremely small, and most had either non-functioning AC or broken fans. We were repeatedly moved between rooms because of these issues. The bathrooms were also tiny, with barely any space, and there was no hot water in our room.
IMPORTANT: I feel compelled to share another experience here. Before booking, I was drawn in by the seemingly glowing reviews, which played a big role in my decision. However, once I arrived, it was far from what I expected. It’s more like a basic lodge, with outdated facilities and far less comfort than advertised. To make matters worse, I later learned after speaking with Booking.com that the hotel may have taken my booking code and email (which we need to show at the reception on entry) to post a review themselves. I was shocked to wake up to an email saying I had left a glowing review and a 10-star rating - when I hadn't written it at all.
This left me feeling very concerned about my account security. Please be cautious, don’t let the high ratings fool you; the reviews might not be genuine. I hope Booking.com addresses this issue, but I wanted others to know what really happened.
