L’amabilité du personnel , la propreté, l’espace aquatique présent dans l’établissement et le fait de pouvoir y aller en peignoir 😉et la proximité des loisirs .

Lifts don’t connect to all floors ,and the steps down to road are difficult with bags and ski boots .
