Location and generous sized room. Being a heritage building it has a charm and individuality.
The shower room was tired and fittings worn. Being a heritage building also limits the ability to offer modern facilities so it’s a compromise which limits the suitability of the building.

Can’t beat the location, and with views. Didn’t see any hotels that were a better location.
