I really like the location. Walk out of the unit and you are in the middle of the action. I prefer this neighborhood than the one closer to night market.
Room was very apacious, functional layout and lots of surface area to put out your stuff. There was no view but I wasn’t after any view.

Coming out of a difficult circumstance being sholut out of my previous reservation, I first met with Souk at the hotel desk who showed me personally to my room and was so warm and welcoming... It completely flipped the script from the previous experience. That there was food being served that night along the river was fantastic after not eating the entire day. Was ever so thankful to have a bath at this location and a desk to work from. It was the perfect experience after what could have been a horrible first impression left from the other Chinese run guesthouse which I booked but they could not accomodate. 10 Stars to these folks.

bathrooms could have used a better cleaning especially in the tub...there were no bikes to use even tho they mentioned there were free rentals....no tv working...good location and big room
