Everything was perfect, we (family of 4, kids 9 and 11) had an exceptionally nice 2-week holiday at Spa Resort Fonte Alla Lepre! The resort itself is clean, comfortable (including 2 aircos), stunning, in the middle of nature … nice swimming pool … good comfortable apartment … good restaurant … all good. Location: perfect to explore Tuscany, with easy trips to Volterra, Cecina, and quite some beautiful small villages in the area, and longer trips to Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, and others. Nice coast line and beaches nearby. Breakfast was amazing, staff were the best ever, they really provide good service, and aim for arranging a nice breakfast for visitors, very service oriented. The “Fonte Journal” at breakfast with interesting things to do for the day was nice to read. Conclusion: very much recommended!

Nice pool area, room was a very good size and was a nice and clean
Aircon was noisy and the room next door bathroom /pipes were very noisy

The property was very well maintained, clean and spacious, with a lovely swimming pool and enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.
There was a good choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with something to suit different tastes.
One point that should be made clearer in the description, however, is that the apartment advertised as having two bedrooms is actually a one-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine/antresola rather than a separate enclosed bedroom. The mezzanine was also quite uncomfortable at times, as the air conditioning unit from the kitchen/living area did not reach that space, making it very hot. The air-conditioning units were also a little noisy.

Loved the pool and the fact that the deeper pool was away from the "children one" so ver quiet.
The hotel grounds look beautiful and the Spa looked really good.
While rooms have all you need they really don't match with the elegant and romantic look of the buildings which is a shame..
It rained one morning and we had to ask for the SPA to be opened, the swimming pool was the only thing available as the sauna and other rooms were off on top of the masseuse being off ill with no replacement..
While I appreciate there is not much to do to ward off wasps, breakfast was so unappealing with so many wasps flying around and in the food - at least invest in mesh food covers..
