The location BANG on the river is amazing. The tea/coffee set up is really good especially since you really WANT to have ur morning tea/ coffee with that river view. My wife liked the soft comforters too!
The ladies are kind, helpful. One of them doesn't understand English at all, the other does so it's workable.
The room is really value for money with an awesome book on Ayuthhaya's history which my wife picked up to read and found it super informative! I think it's like going to stay at your aunt's place during the school break
It's a little tired looking property, and the room is a trifle small but it's clean, it's located at an amazing place in terms of railway station, boat station, river view and the price point is very good, so you really can't ask for more! Its very good value for money in my view.

Very convenient to train station....but the main reason to stay here is the homestay style experience and the lovely verandah that looks out over the river. Very nice to sit there early morning or late afternoon with a drink and a book. The market in the soi outside is great for breakfast but you should try the fried oyster shop just 5 minutes walk up the road...very delicious

Fab location close to Railway, many Tuk Tuk vendors and Scooter rentals. Also next door to a v good restaurant and the River ferry to get you across to the main Ayutthaya island
Very friendly owner/staff
Room wasn't as "deluxe" as perhaps anticipated from pictures.
Fellow visitors were very quiet but this is an old traditional building so there is little if any sound proofing. *The dog howled in the early hours of both nights we stayed disturbing our sleep 😕

It's convenient arriving from the trainstation and drop your bag, so you're free to explore the Tempels.
I didn't get a feeling of being in an Thaihouse .
