Breakfast was good

No WiFi in room , no heating in toilet, parking at rear of hotel, no access so we had to carry case round to front of hotel

Location was a perfect fit for our purpose in visiting Hawick. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The basin was very small - but Donna did warn me at the time of booking that the ensuite was small. It didn’t spoil our lovely stay!

Parn was very friendly / welcoming & made a lovely Breakfast , the accommodation was Amazing I was stunned at the staircase & size of the property ( just bare in mind it's not suitable for ppl with walking or breathing difficulties) in a fantastic location in the main St Close to pubs , restaurants & shops , very friendly locals
