Location was within walking distance to all the eateries. Parking was secure, the rooms where able to be cooled from the ambient heat during the night. The apartment was centrally located to drive to all the local attractions (i.e. Australia Zoo, Selife Aquarium, etc.)
Nothing to comment, as I had no negative experience

The location, the staff and the apartment was good. Great views.
The single beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were way too soft. I know the spa is being renovated. The gaming room was way too hot. Some repairs needed like remote for ceiling fan kept falling off. Apart from that it was great.

The unit has a fantastic outlook over the river and down the coast.
although a bit dated, it was well set up and had everything we needed.
Rain, the manager was very welcoming & helpful.
Nothing.

The welcome package, full well appointed kitchen, the view over the river and the privacy
The stairs down to the reception from the carpark, a ramp would have been much better. Also the outside carpark had some kind of coating/painted surface, that made it quite slippery when raining
