The location was perfect as the property was in the center of the village. The village itself was very well preserved and all the buildings were in a very good condition unlike some other villages I've visited during my roadtrips in Greece.
It appears to be a very usual thing for villages at a higher altitude not to have AC units and more so when they are Heritage Preserved. The past couple of summers it has been unusually hot and pretty unbearable to sleep at night making the stay a little unpleasant.
I would also alert the property owner to pay a little more attention to the cleaning of the rooms.

Charming 200-year-old guest house. Very hospitable owners. Wonderful stone village. Good breakfast. Owner came to help with luggage etc. from parking area.
Nothing really, though parking in the recommended place may be more difficult in high season.
