The location, the secure parking, and the kind, helpful hosts.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was great, and we had no complaints at all.

The host was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. He recommended some beautiful places to visit in Sirmione and Venice. The hotel was clean and in a great location.

The staff were so friendly and David the owner was so helpful and made my first solo holiday so much easier. Always had time to discuss buses, eating places and show where to go.
The hotel was immaculate and bed was very comfortable. Air con worked very well and location was great near shuttle bus stop and walkable into old town Sirmione.
Only slight negative was noise from local cocktail bar on the Sat night but it stopped at midnight and I had ear plugs so didn't affect my sleep.
