Hotel, room personnel exceeded my expectations!
David and Laura are so cool and useful! For them I will look to return.
Room (superior) was brand new, very clean good AC, large bath.
Usual breakfast for Italy, but enough. Central, with everything that you need in max 5 minutes. A little far from lake shore is it is too hot outside. About 3 km from the castle and starting point of the Old Town. But my opinion is that you can walk and enjoy each part of the town. It is really cool!
Parking was available, but we had not car.
When AC starts, a little smell of dust and mold. But it spreads quickly.
For a 2 star hotel, I was really happy with room, but not much else to do. Probably most of the units in this kind of towns are the same, especially if you want to get (pretty) cheap.

The location of the property was perfect, and having a dedicated parking space in the garden was very convenient. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a stay. Additionally, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. To make the experience even more perfect, adding a small cooker and a coffee/tea station with cups would be a wonderful touch for future guests."

Everything was absolutely perfect - truly a 10/10 stay.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, warm and comfortable, with everything perfectly prepared on arrival. The location is excellent - quiet, yet close to everything you need. Private parking is a huge plus and made our stay completely stress-free.
But what really makes this place special is David, the host.He is fantastic - welcoming, helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about his guests. From the first message to check-out, everything was smooth and easy. You can tell this place is run with attention, care and pride.
We felt truly comfortable and at home.
Highly recommended - we would book again without hesitation.
There was nothing we didn’t like - everything exceeded our expectations.
