The location and apartment were great. It was a short walk from the bus stop and is close to the Sirmione shuttle bus stop too. It was within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, the southern part of the peninsula, wine farms and more. We had all we needed to self-cater; the bathroom and shower were spacious and the rooftop terrace was lovely. The management team were very responsive and accommodated an early check-in. We'd stay here again. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed purveys and Harmony Lake Sirmione, found that the location was perfect for us, making most places a short walk away. The room itself was very comfortable and cost, it’s quite modern which makes the overall room feel clean. Priced at a reasonable amount for a comfortable stay. Located in an area near bars, shops and beaches to reasonably safe and accessible. The owner helped us check in quickly providing us with quick responses on WhatsApp and was very kind and helpful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning cooled us down throughout our stay.
Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work for us and therefore we used much of our data for this trip. We also asked if we could store our luggage away when we leave but bags were not guaranteed to be stored away safely.

The room has all advertised amenities and feels very safe. It's within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, but it was quiet at night and made for good quality sleep. I liked the power shower.
The check-in system was quite confusing and I didn't like the host demanding to come see me at 10pm to get my passport details. When I've stayed in similar properties in Italy they've asked for this in advance so as not to disrupt your vacation. The car park opposite the room has 12 spaces with unlimited timings, and they were fully occupied during my stay. There is a much larger free car park about 1 minute further down the road. Perhaps the host could inform guests of this as that car park was a much better option than the one advertised.
