Big, roomy place. Had most of the 'essentials' we required - dishes, silverware, towels, streaming TV...overall, very pleased.

Loved the the Saida resort! Check in was easy and so helpful. The apartment was roomy and very clean. We found it so convenient and a beautiful place to stay! The ONLY trouble we had was operating the TV. We would have loved more directions on how to operate the TV. Someone did come to repair it but we could have easily fixed it if we knew which button to push!! Really loved our stay here…. Would rent this again if available in our next trip to South Padre!

The condo itself was excellent. It was tastefully decorated. Very happy to see that it wasn’t full of the cheap white wicker furniture that most beach houses have. The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, otherwise we were very pleased. The water pressure was not the best in the showers, but that’s no reflection on the owner of the condo. The grounds were well maintained. Wish there were more pool options available instead of 4 large tennis courts taking up most of the real estate between the building and the beach. There seemed to be not enough pool space and shaded areas around the pools. I think that 4 tennis courts are a little much, as we only saw one court being used one time during our stay.
These are in no way a reflection of the actual condo, it was great.

Great place to stay as it’s nestled amongst easy to get to needs. Appreciated the security accessing the property, especially during spring break time. Really appreciated the super easy checkout process!

Property was very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately weather didn't cooperate.
Everything was very easy and we loved the Condo. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture was nice. TV in the second bedroom did not get any channels. Need to put a firestick or Roku.

The kitchen was nice, though could have used more microwavable cookware and silverware. We had to run the dishwasher before it was full to have enough silverware. The living room was very comfortable and the dining room table was a great size. The 3 beds were comfy and bathrooms very adequate. Water pressure was low, but that may be a building issue. Our adult sons loved the tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub. The gated community for the 5 buildings gives a great sense of security. Overall, the condo was all we had hoped for and we would recommend it highly.

Loved the property
This was just a quick weekend getaway and our first time to South Padre. We loved our room.. Everything needed was provided. The only reason I gave a 4 start for cleanliness was because in the first bathroom tub its rusted and the toilet seats both need to be changed. These are easy fixes. But we will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome place!
My family rented this place to spend the relaxing weekend on the beach. Not only was it very clean, it was spacious and the views were great! Everyone enjoyed this room and I would definitely come back to stay again.

Great location, great pools
Had a great thanksgiving week at Saudi Towers IV. The property is clean, the unit is very comfortable. Pools were wonderful, easy to socially distance. Access to the beach was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!

Wonderful Unit-Fantastic Vacation
This unit is one of the best!! We’ve rented it two years in a row and intend to rent again next year. We have been traveling to SPI for our family reunion for over 30 years. We’ve rented at a lot of different properties. However, for the past 15-years we’ve exclusively rented at SAIDA. We do prefer Tower 4, and there are certain units we prefer. Since renting with Padre Island Rentals vs Island Services we’ve seen a huge shift in nicer units and higher level of professionalism; not to mention superb customer service!! Another great stay!!

Condo was beautiful, great location
Misunderstanding about how to get access to property. I received an automated email from some property management company after the payment which I thought was who prob did the cc processing. There were no responses via inquiries from VRBO listing before or after booking when I asked if I could checkin early or when I said how do I checkin and get my key? Condo guard told me I will get an email at 4pm checkin and I never did. I finally called the number on the email receipt for payment and they said well we sent u an automated email with our address on here and u need to come here and checkin. The email did not have the address and the person I spoke to on-site was extremely rude even when I showed the automated email had no info even indicating this. He basically said it has a number you should have called. OK...so other than that all was good

Needs some maintenance.
Saida is a well maintained complex with regard to the pools and landscaping. Our specific condo was clean and comfortable. However, we experienced an electricity outage for 4 hours and this morning we had the water turned off in our building for repairs that were expected to take 3 to 4 hours. The lock mechanism on our condo unit was difficult to open. Somewhat inconvenient.

Beautiful view and nice condo
Padre Island is beautiful and there are lots of fun things to do. The view from our condo was perfect. Unfortunately the weather was horrible. We made the best of it by heading to Brownsville for a movie and visiting the Palo Alto Battlefield. I highly recommend eating at Senior Donkey.

Very nice stay in SPI
Overall, the condo was very nice! It was spacious and had a great view. We loved the short walk to the beach! The property was very well kept and it is in a great location close to all of the main attractions. I travelled with my boyfriend and my 2 teenagers and we all had a great time. Check in with Padre Island Rentals was fast and easy, as was checkout. The only thing I was unhappy with were the high fees that Padre Island Rentals charged over the per night prices- it was 66% over the nightly rental price, which is the steepest for any VRBO I've ever rented and I've rented several stateside and internationally. Even for this very nice property, it was an expensive 3 nights. That is the only reason this review didn't get 5 stars.

Best Condo we have EVER stayed in!!
We were so impressed with the upgrades in this condo! Granite counters, black and stainless appliances, modern furniture and bedding throughout all rooms. View from the master bedroom was great, too. While we love the beach it was nice to not be surrounded by it where we slept. The decor was awesome. It was like our home away from home. Our friends stayed in a different condo on the next floor. When they came over to ours their comment was "WOW! This place is way nicer than ours!" We have stayed in several places in South Padre over the years. This is the first time we have found a place we want to stay at again!

missing basic things....
Overall it was OK because of the location....the condo is upgraded and nice... However, it does not have basic things & it was dirty...
1. No soap for dishwasher (tabs or liquid)
2. NO scrubber for dishes if we don't use dishwasher
3. Black mud and sand everywhere
4. The tub in the second bathroom was GROSS with rust dings all over
5. the water remains stagnant in the main bathroom.

Wonderful vacation getaway!
Very easy check-in! Beautiful beach. Plenty of things to do. We were celebrating a bachelorette party and rode horses on the beach one morning, which was so much fun. The property was gorgeous and very comfortable! Very easy check out as well!
