Literie confortable, chambre de bonne taille dans une petite rue tranquille. Hotel géré par le Leon d’origine, personnel très agréable.
Très mauvaise insonorisation avec les chambres voisines, on avait l’impression d’être dans le même chambre que nos voisins. Enclenchement de quelques secondes toutes les 10-15 minutes d’une ventilation, qui nous réveillait.

Mooie kamer met authentiek houten plafond. Prima bedden. Goed werkende airconditioning. Hele centrale ligging in Orta San Giulio.
Er is geen lobby of personeel. Inchecken bij ander hotel. Op zich prima maar dat maakt dat het verder een beetje doodse boel is, je komt er echt alleen om te slapen. Binnenplaatsje is niet uitnodigend. Kamers zijn gehorig.

Very cute little hotel! 🥰 Perfectly located, just a short walk from the centre. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
The only downside was that the lighting in the room was quite dark, and I would have preferred a larger mirror, as it was difficult to see myself properly

Perfect spot in the centre of town, the room was nice and aircon worked perfectly which was useful in the hot weather.
Only complaint was the weird system they operate where the hotel has no staff. You are made to walk to another hotel and then back again, and the same for check out. It’s fine but the real issue is the keys. Ask for two keys as my partner was unwell and wanted to sleep in, so I either had to lock myself out or lock her in to the hotel (no staff so you have to lock the front door!). It’s a ridiculous system and their response was just ‘you should have asked for two keys’ when really they should see this issue and offer it. A shame as everything else was great.
