Lo spazio esterno é molto bello e spazioso, ideale per bere o mangiare qualcosa con amici.
É un posto molto tranquillo, poco rumoroso e di persone molto gentile.
L’appartamento in se é molto comodo e funzionale.
Il wifi funziona soltanto nello spazio esterno, all’interno della abitazione il segnale é praticamente inesistente.
Sembra che l’appartamento sia stato inabitato per un po di tempo perche c’era odore di chiuso, comunque se si lasciano aperte tutte le finestre per un po di tempo si risolve il problema.

This is an old renovated House and the wooden floor makes a lot of sound. We were 6 people and it was impossible to visit the toilet at night without to wake up the entire apartment. You walk on the floor and your movement is strongly transferred to the other persons sleeping on their beds. Especially in the Master bedroom you feel as if it is an earthquake! The crackling of the floor is simply too much at night. Moreover the refrigerator was not working properly and the breakfast supplies we bought from the local supermarket went bad within the next 2 days. There is only 1 air condition unit located at the stairs with the scope to supply the ground floor and the 1 floor with cool air. Of course this is not working. All the cool air goes down to the ground floor and the 1st floor remains with a fraction of the cool air, so the practically there is no A/C at the 1st floor. The kitchen is too small to cook for 6 people. The light is generally very low. Not recommended for more than 2 travelers. If you want your privacy in the master bedroom you close the door, open the windows (because there is no AC unit in the room) and then the rest of the apartment looses the A/C because of the magnetic contacts in the master bedroom windows who are now open. So you have to choose between your privacy in the master bedroom and the cooling of the rest persons sleeping in the apartment.
