The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and consistent. Was close to tram and bus stops and quiet at night if you are taking children. Clean and comfortable bed, great nights sleep!

Not the best breakfast
No black pudding or fried bread
No choice of egg cooking ( fried or scrambled)
I was sadly placed between 2 couples in my room allocation who were very noisy till gone 12.30 banging doors loud talking hard to get to sleep
Not the owners fault but walls very thin

Hotel very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast cereal fruit juice full English breakfast and toast tea or coffee , good quality food. Felt very welcome owners really nice. Parking space was a bonus . Will hopefully go again.
