Given a room on 4th floor window would not open bathroom was dirty
reception were great when we complained into a much better room
A lot of litter in the car park looks like it has not been cleaned for some time

It was okay some parts may need improving the wind were dirty. The carpet needs cleaning in the hallway. But generally okay.
The staff are very friendly The property was near the beachfront there was a good tram, system the traffic outside the building was quite busy
