On the seafront, free parking (limited because of space), ideal for nice walk along promenade (either direction), 😀 close to plenty of bars, cafes and various restaurants. Tram stop about 2 minutes walk. Receptionand bar staff very pleasant. Room was lovely and clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. Plenty of storage space so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase.
No towel changes done. We had to fetch clean towels from reception twice. Also had to replenish tea and coffee sachets and milk from reception.

From. Check in with friendly staff, the room was brill and clean ,the beds was fresh and comfortable , breakfast for 6 ,2 adults and four children was exceptional and good value for money ,will definitely be back xx

The lady who checked us in was lovely and helpful, the man running the bar was also lovely and sociable.
The property is old and needs updating, lots of corridors and numbers all mixed up and don’t follow on, took us a while to find our rooms. The shower in both rooms was not working, the latch on the door was broken, and there was a punch mark in the wall. The bathroom and bed were clean and the bed was comfy but worried if there had been a fire we would have struggled to get out due to the number of corridors. The bar area was clean but we were unable to get afternoon snacks other than crisps. Property was 10-15 minutes from the tower and not as near as we thought. Toilet in bar area was also clean
