Huge room (6) on the front of the hotel, nicely decorated. Fridge, hairdryer and iron/ironing board, shower gel and shampoo and good selection of teas and coffee and biscuits. Communal areas all clean and very friendly/helpful owner. The nicest guest house room I've had in Blackpool.

I'm cautious of where I stay in Blackpool so I stick to my favourite B&Bs and hotels. And this one is one of my favourites. I've been going here for the last 6 years. Ive stayed in most of the rooms and I love them all for different reasons.
The rooms are spacious and always spotlessly clean, with loads of facilities including a fridge and a generous tea tray with hot chocolate and tasty sweets and biscuits.
The beds are really comfy. I always sleep well here. I love the coat stand where u can hang up ur wet coat. I also love how u can control the heating- that's important to me. You also have a fan in the room that's handy in the summer.
The towels are massive and the hair dryer is the same make that I use at home. So to me this place feels like a home from home.

The exterior of the property is very well maintained, clean and tidy. Upon entering the property the hallway area if very clean and smelt lovely. Upon reaching the bedroom. It had a lovely decor, large spacious area. Very comfortable and welcoming environment. All the extra’s were a lovely touch (biscuits, cotton buds etc)
