The location was excellent, close enough to every thing north shore but just out of the way a little bit so it wasnt noisy.
The communication was excellent as well. I had missed a couple of things and they were very quick in responding helpful and friendly. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again.

The location
I ask to be in room 1 and I got room 10. I found the bathroom awkward

Location .. very central .. great value for money
The key pad for entry is very dark .. I struggled to see the numbers
The room was very small but very clean
The window didn’t lock
It had a foist smell
The mattress wasn’t very comfortable
I don’t agree with the holding fee or Insurance.. it increased the cost of the room, we paid because we had read a previous experience where a lady had been charged more for than the insurance for a spill on the bedding
