This was our first stay at ArtB&B, although we'd passed by it loads of times. The website doesn't do it justice. The location is great, right on the promenade, and around a 7 minute walk from Blackpool North Railway station. Close to the North Pier, tram stops, and the Tower.
Our room was on the second floor, then the lady who checked us in noticed that I walk with the aid of a stick. She said if she'd had known she would have given us a room on the first floor. There was a lift but it was out of order.
Opening our room door we were more than happy. Very tastefully decorated, a big room, plenty of space. Massive bed.
The bathroom though, WOW! The room was a full on wet room, with disabled facilitires, ie. shower seat and support bar for the toilet. We were very impressed. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were slightly soft but overall a great place.
Not the cheapest place in Blackpool that we've stayed, but, and it's a big BUT. So far it is the best place we have stayed in Blackpool; and I've been going over 55 years now.
Pillows were a bit soft, but hey ho.

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming, main cafe area is lovely and the staff, particularly Jade and the chef (whose name I didn’t get) were lovely. Also met the owners who were really friendly, chatty and welcoming.

The location was great, right on the strip and easy walking to all the attractions. We liked the fact we had 2 beds, we thought it might be a pull out but it was really comfy for the baby. Easy parking in the back. Coffee shop and decor was a good attempt at modern. For the area I feel probably one of the best options for sure!!
The bathroom was cramped and they were remodeling the shower or something. Broken wood and tiles under shower door, water leaked everywhere. Fridge & offerings just really cheap and worn.
