Very friendly owners. Taylor made breakfast. The room looked liked it had just been refurbished, and nice comfy bed. Quiet location with ample parking nearby. An easy walk to the Winter Gardens.
There is nothing that I didn't like about the bed and breakfast. If I was to be extremely petty, then the carpets in the hallway were old fashioned, but still in good condition.

The location was only 3 stops on the tram to the North Pier....So only 5 mins...Everything in my room was clean tidy comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee....Breakfast was amazing :):)...The price for the night was very very reasonable

100% next time in Blackpool I would re-book.....Thank You

We have stayed with Martin & Sue many times over the last 3/4 years. Everytime we arrive, we are greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Their property is always clean and tidy and they work hard to always update services where needed and their rooms show this. We always stay in the same room, their large room. Its a lovely, spacious room with a big bay window and its well decorated. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink with toiletries for you to use. We always have everything we need.
Breakfast is well cooked and there is a good selection of cereals. Breakfast always comes with a smile and good old catch up. The Kimberley is a well run, well cared for family B&B and this shows, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
Nothing, we never have any complaints.
