What I liked
The welcome: Jane was absolutely lovely. She introduced herself when we arrived and was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. She genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. She also gave me and my daughter There honestly wasn't much that we didn't like. The only thing I would mention is that, being on the top floor, it was quite windy during our stay and we could hear some whistling through the windows. Obviously the weather isn't something the hotel can control, but it was noticeable at times and may be worth checking whether the window seals could be improved.some lovely goodies when we left — sweets, crisps and bottles of water for our journey home, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Breakfast: Breakfast was perfect. We both really enjoyed it, and the full English was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the black pudding!
Location: The location was great for us. It was nice and quiet outside, while still having the convenience of a bar and the facilities you’d want for a stay.
Facilities: Everything was clean and worked as expected. The shower did take a little bit of fiddling around with to get the hang of, despite the instructions, but once we figured it out

Welcoming Hosts. Exceptional breakfast one of the best I’ve ever had. Great Bar. Very clean. Great rooms. Near transport stop and Promenade. Parking spaces.

Cooked breakfast was pretty good, hotel owners were friendly and overall rooms were clean.It had a car park albeit a small one
shower water pressure weak though shower was very clean
