The room and hotel were very clean, well maintained and completely equipped. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Being right on coast was wonderful, hearing the waves rolling in was so soothing. Extra bonus: a huge stack of books for taking or swapping. The apartments were quiet and well furnished. I would highly recommend it.
As I have found in many Greek hotels, the beds were too hard…. But I put the fluffy comforters under the bottom sheet, which made it a bit better.

Facing the sea and Michael was the sweetest and understanding host, explain to everything perfectly and was available if we needed anything.

Michalis met us at the property and showed us around. We appreciated that he waited up late for us, as our plane was delayed.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic sea view and saw turtles in the water almost every day.
The location is great, and you can catch a bus to Chania from outside the supermarket +/- 10 mins walk, or to Rethymno, a 30min walk to the motorway. Good restaurants and markets in the town and next to the apartment. We particularly liked the authentic Greek restaurant Kymata. They also have live music on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.
