Breakfast was simple and fresh. Staff was kind. Room very clean. Good location for walking around. They let us check in very early
Completely different hotel name on building! Building says Hoteles Bogota Inn. And Google address is wrong. Very confusing for travelers. Staff couldn't find my reservation, then they found it and tried to have me fill out a long form online. Tried 4x and form wouldn't work ...check in was very difficult. Shower took long time to warm up.

El desayuno excelente y el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Las camas muy cómodas y me gustó que dejen botellas de agua
La dirección en booking está mal, y le mandan a uno un mensaje por wsp y en vez de decirle a uno que esa no es la dirección, no dice nada al respecto.
Y el otro punto en contra, la puerta de la habitación en la parte superior tiene una ventana que da frente a las luces del pasillo, las cuales se activan cada vez que alguien pasa. La primera noche me desperté al menos unas 5 veces porque hay gente llegando a todas horas de la noche y la luz te da directamente en la cara. Comenté en la recepción y me hicieron cero caso, a la final terminé resolviendo yo porque ni siquiera trataron de ir a ver como solucionar.
