Il cibo ottimo e fresco è abbondante, complimenti allo scef, i ragazzi al buffet, gentilissimi, la reception sempre disponibili e cortesi l'animazione Sasà e giogio' tutto meraviglioso grazie all' hotel Eco resort dei siriti ♥️

La struttura di per se si presenta molto bene, molto invitante e accogliente
pertanto il gran potenziale che ha, dovrebbe essere sfruttato meglio, partendo dalla sala ristorante e da chi la gestisce
consiglio: assegnare tavoli alle camere, e rivedere la gestione del buffet.
Piscina grande e sempre pulita.
spiaggia privata molto grande con un proprio bar e docce.
ci si arriva tramite navetta privata siccome dista 10 min dalla struttura.
stanze spaziose ma poco luminose
cio che non mi e piaciuto l ho evidenziato gia in precedenza
ci sono cose che potrebbero essere migliorate.

Un villaggio immerso nel verde , rilassante con una capienza enorme ed abbastanza curato. Camere ampie e moderne . Animazione coinvolgente e mai invadente. Piscina di dimensioni notevoli .

Pros - beautiful location next to Marina di Nova Siri, a charming small town just inland from the sea. Nice views of the Mediterranean from the hotel grounds.
Easy access to nearby seaside towns via the E90 such as Policoro.
Staff are friendly and polite and there is a boutique in the hotel should you need things like toothpaste and other toiletries. The region is not massively developed towards foreign tourists, so this might be a big help to you if you don't speak Italian and don't want to venture far. It also sells things like goggles, souvenirs and toys for young children.
The hotel grounds themselves are beautiful and the buildings are of very good quality.
Good TV and comfortable double bed.
This is where things take a bizarre turn. There are many snags which I would not expect of a 4 star hotel.
- the (only) road leading to the hotel has a very rocky, unfinished patch. Don't attempt to get a car with low ground clearance across it.
- the hotel uses wristbands for access to the grounds, which you must show to an attendant at the gate. Sometimes this is unattended late at night which can lead to being stranded for 5-10 minutes. It's 2025 - get electronic key cards so that guests can swipe themselves in!
- misleading descriptions. There is no gym per se; just scheduled activities in the pool.
- swimming hats are mandatory because "hair clogs the filters". This strikes me as cheap management who don't want to pay to maintain the place. Get your pool serviced properly!
- continuing from above, the pool is often closed for cleaning at lunchtime when the sun is at its hottest, which is just abysmal planning.
- while I appreciate the pool activities are fun for kids and families, and the staff work incredibly hard, the problem is that you cannot escape them. You will often be disturbed by very noisy dance music as early as 10 in the morning, and at various times across the day. There are no calm spots in this hotel for adults or couples.
- despite getting the upgraded suite, the room was very sparsely accommodated. There were NO chairs in the room; only on the patio.
- UNSECURE WIFI. Seriously?!
