Mario and Amelie ( the owners of the property) are incredible people, friendly, polite....willing to help and speak English fluently. The property was clean, the breakfast fresh from a luxurious local bulangerie. The property is ideal for a couple ( comfortable twin bed, renovated bathroom). The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.
If you intend to book this place for 3 people.....bare in mind that the third one has to sleep on a mattress on the floor.....there is not enough space for a second bed.

Wonderful, helpful people. Beautiful clean place with a cozy courtyard. I even got vegan breakfast, and they watched worldcup with my 12 year old until late as I was too tired. The children also loved the cat. Nice atmosphere. A calm island to get back to after a long day of walking…❤️✨ We‘ll be back.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto. In primis per la stanza – pulita, bella e ordinata, e poi la posizione della struttura è ottima perché vicinissima a ben due stazioni della metro, quindi è facile raggiungere qualsiasi parte di Parigi, restando comunque in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso.
Amelie è stata fin da subito gentilissima e disponibile, sia nelle cose normali che in qualche favore in più che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Sicuramente al nostro prossimo viaggio a Parigi torneremo qui!
