It's a fantastic location, literally steps away from the 11 metro line and in a neighborhood that's quiet but has a lot going on. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.
The room was listed as having AC whereas there was only a fan. Since the heat was not extreme on those two nights, I was reasonably comfortable, but was disappointed given I'd been expecting AC.

The staff is wonderful! It’s a small unpretentious place, but we really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were recently refurbished, very clean and comfortable. The Jourdain Metro station is just a few yards from the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, too. We were there for five nights at the beginning of our trip and returned for two more nights at the end. We were able to leave some luggage at the hotel while we were in Normandy.

Cheap accommodation option near the metro and in a lovely neighbourhood.
I had a choice of two rooms right on the top floor, which while normally not a problem was exacerbated by the lift being out of order & so having to navigate the stairs with my bag.
