Comfortable, v clean. Ideal for 3-4 persons. Functional and got the job done.

The staff. Zero ability to solve any issue. And very sporadic and intermittent in communication. We stayed for 5 days and desperately needed to use the washing machine. I suspected machine to be missing the filter drain cap. When I asked the staff they were clueless about it and for the entire 5 days could not solve the problem. Zero communication. Moreover their check-in instructions were completely wrong. The front door of the building was password locked. And it stopped working on day 2. Anyone could enter. When I informed them there was no reaction.

Great location. Excellent local restaurants and bars. Easy access to Metro

Acces ușor, parcare gratuită după ora 8 pm până la ora 9 am, calitate bună la saltele și la toate dotările apartamentului. Ușor de accesat, ușor de comunicat cu administratorul. Imobilul este relativ nou, modern, spațiile comune sunt sigure, curate și bine întreținute. Stația de metrou este la 5 minute de mers pe jos de apartament - place des fetes. Dormitoarele bine delimitate, are 2 băi, doar una cu duș.

The apartment itself was nice and, overall, could have been a good stay, but unfortunately we experienced several major issues that affected our visit. The Wi-Fi had some problems during our stay, but the property addressed the issue, so we appreciated that.

The biggest concern was the washing machine. It broke and leaked a significant amount of water onto the carpet, which caused a very unpleasant smell. A worker came and temporarily fixed it by sealing the area where the water was leaking. We were told it should work for at least another week, but unfortunately, after just one cycle, the machine leaked again, flooding the floor and carpet. The smell was extremely bad, and our clothes became very unpleasant-smelling as well. The washing machine also became stuck and would not open, even after we tried everything. I contacted the property, and they told us they would fix the problem and compensate us for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, neither happened. Luckily, we were eventually able to force the washing machine open and take our clothes to the laundry next door. It took several washes to completely remove the terrible smell from our clothes. We also had an issue with cigarette smoke. One night, someone was smoking inside the building/apartment, and the smoke was coming into our apartment downstairs. The smell was extremely strong. Unfortunately, we were traveling with a baby, and we had to deal with the smell throughout the night. I barely slept that night. I reported the issue to the property, and fortunately, it did not happen again. Another inconvenience was that the entrance code was changed without notifying us. We arrived at the entrance and were unable to get inside, so we had to wait for someone to open the door. We contacted the property, but they did not respond immediately, and it took several hours to get assistance.
