Ligt tussen de wijngaarde en was erg rustig gelegen .vriendelijk gastvrouw maar had moeite met engels
Ontbijt was goed
Helaas de honden , ze vroeg of wij het erg vonden dat de honden losliepen en dat was geen probleem tot dat mijn zoon er een wilde aaien en toen gebeten werd, hij was erg geschrokken. We hadden dit voor val niet gemeld .

Diamo 10 solo perché non si può dare di più. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i modi. Li ringraziamo tantissimo perché non era scontato. La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, il letto è comodo e ci abbiamo dormito veramente bene. La colazione super e tutto molto buono, anche il caffè della moka proprio come a casa. Un bellissimo posto che consiglio a tutti.

Breakfast and dinner were good (Dinner especially).
The Restaurant staff was friendly and very responsive.
There is a range of different saunas in the wellness area.
The hotel is located in a very quite area, we could sleep with opened windows.
We booked this hotel as a birthday present for my husband and were looking forward to a relaxed 4-day family escape with our 3-year-old child. Unfortunately, our experience started in a very uncomfortable way already during check-in.
The receptionist who welcomed us came across as unfriendly and not very empathetic. While she was explaining the hotel information, my husband asked a few questions, and the situation quickly became tense. Instead of responding calmly, she reacted in a rude manner and even said that she could refuse to accommodate us and that we could leave the hotel because he had “interrupted” her explanation.
When she noticed that I speak Russian, she switched to Russian and complained to me about my husband’s behaviour, saying that interrupting her was inappropriate. This made the situation even more uncomfortable for us as guests, especially right at the beginning of a family holiday.
Later, as the hotel presents itself as a wellness and spa hotel, I tried to book a massage. Unfortunately, this was also handled in a confusing and disappointing way. At first, I was told that one massage alone would not be possible and that two treatments would need to be booked, because the massage therapist would not come for only one appointment. After we found another hotel guest who was willing to book a second massage on the same day, we were then given a different explanation: the massage therapist apparently does not work on weekends at all.
This was surprising, especially for a wellness hotel where many guests probably arrive for a weekend stay. In the end, it felt as if the service was advertised but not really available in a practical way.
We understand that staff may have procedures and that certain services depend on availability. However, the communication could have been much more friendly, transparent and solution-oriented.
