We had a wonderful short stay at Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Atocha Suites! The property was incredibly easy to find, and we absolutely loved the location. Being so close to the bus stations made getting around and exploring Madrid an absolute breeze.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need for our trip.
A special shoutout to Mike, who was an absolute gem! He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, making our stay that much more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!
The pool was a bit small and became crowded very quickly. It would also be great if they had more lockers available for guests. We were able to store our bags at reception, which we really appreciated, but it looked like it made their workspace a bit tight!

The hotel was in a great location next to the train station. The staff was extremely helpful with our requirements for the room (one baby and one child) and also allowed us to have early check-in.
The pool is small but really nice and warmed.
The crib for the baby was not comfortable. It did not support the baby enough.
