Great location
You need to plan on using luggage locker if arriving early since there's is no way to drop off luggage when arriving even just a little early. New process for us.

Great location in centre of Madrid close to metro and train. Appartement is spacious, kitchen quite ok equipped, bed comfy. Good AC but the appartement stays cool even without, if you keep windows closed.
Being in the city centre, nights can get noisy.

The location
The place was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to vacuum ourselves right as we got in, because the carpets and floors were full of dust bunnies and dirt. There were hair in the bathroom and dirty dishes in the kitchen. We contacted the property manager but they didn’t do anything about our remarks.
Also, the door was not marked and we knocked to another apartment by accident. Poor experience overall.
