The hotel staff is so kind - never seen that elsewhere, super helpful and nice. The location is perfect and the room is very efficiently organised.

The location simply can't be beat. It is central, easily reachable via metro and right in the heart of things. If you're only staying for one or two nights that's where you want to be.
The main room was a bit dated, as in the furniture was quite obviously lived in and damaged. Also keep in mind that the single rooms are next to the elevator. Which I believe should be said upfront before booking it. I also found it peculiar that not all the staff, ie the people at breakfast, could not speak English.

Central location and very friendly staff. We were moved to a second room was much better and more spacious.
I felt as though I’d been catfished.
There was construction inside the hotel which was not advertised. Besides the noise, the lobby looked uninviting with white boards pieced together to create a wall behind the lobby.
My initial room had a steep slanted ceiling which was unacceptable. The staff kindly moved us to a different room.
